I'm not sure if it's the same manager here or not but 5 years ago the manager helped me in another guy who didn't have a diamond or pockets and was both very very hungry but we had both left our money at home and didn't have it on us and we were stranded on foot walking. We try to couple of times with PayPal and other things but couldn't get it to go through. The food was already made and backed up etcetera but we was having payment issues. We both swore to her that we would come back and pay later that day and she helped us out expecting neither one of us to show back up. I didn't make it back until the next day but the other guy made it back before me and paid and because I promised her I would pay for both meals which both of us told her that, I made her take the money and told her the next time somebody comes in hungry like we were and had no money to use it to buy their meal with. She said she would. I have been forever grateful for her kindness. I started walking down old 33 in the direction of home and walked all the way through Haydenville to the old Canal site at the newer 4 lane 33 bypass before my ride showed up.

Fast curtious service with a smile very neat and clean even the restroom s not a lot of riff raff like b4. Very well managed. Still the best biscuits are located on the plains McDonald's in the plains. Great job test your a wonderful & great manager. This is also the same atmosphere as Nelsonville maybe just a little busier but no riff raft all the same good morning and it's nice and cool have a good drink conversation and meet new people

Even though it was the middle of a rush, all of the staff were polite and the food arrived piping hot. Some of the best service I've had in a fast food restaurant in years.

Every time I go to get food anytime past 10:00 I run into stale buns. Any other time everything’s great no problem. Me personally wouldn’t give someone a stale bun.

The food is actually better if you go inside vs drive through. Though I feel as if that is to be expected. The staff is pretty kind and not all tense. Fries could be better though. I have yet to have an issue with an order, or issue with a staff member. But, if I do manage to have an issue in the feature I will update this. Also drive thru wait isn’t always bad, they’re pretty fast except when skeleton staffed.
